My running dream!

I will use this blog to track my running, I am a beginner which is in no shape for running. My goal is to lose some weight and run faster and better. Most of all my goal is to get in shape and enjoy running.

My first 20 of hundred things that make me happy...

1. Listening to good music that means something…
2. watching movies that make me smile, laugh and cry
3. looking at good pictures and art
4. flowers
5. friends, genuine friends
6. family
7. dark chocolate
8. animals, especially dogs
9. nature, nothing is as beautiful as mother nature
10. working out, gives me more energy
11. doing a good job
12. be encouraged
13. the sun in the summer
14. the snow in the winter
15. good food, yummy
16. party with good friends
17. dancing
18. whatching something good on tv
19. ice cream, especially chocolate or pistach
20. making a difference for someone else

Now I am one fifth finished… and it was easier than I thought, that must mean that I really have a lot of things in my life that makes me happy :)
