I will use this blog to track my running, I am a beginner which is in no shape for running. My goal is to lose some weight and run faster and better. Most of all my goal is to get in shape and enjoy running.

Second 10k

Today I finished my second 10 kilometer runs! Its so nice to know that I actually am able to run for 10 km without stopping. Though my body is a bit sore today! But I was starting to get a bit worried, because I haven't felt a thing since I started running, really nice, but gets you wondering if you are being to soft on yourself.

So, I just started looking at juicing again. It's such a fun and tasty way to get tons of vitamins you need. When I get my paycheck I am going to buy some of Jason Vale's books, since he is the "Juice Master" :p

I just got my Garmin Forerunner 405, and I am loving it, its not as big as I thought it would be! It's really great to see your workouts that detailed! Atleast I think so, so in one way it keeps me running!
